Are your products authorized for resale on Amazon?
We are a secondary market wholesale distributor — we source branded consumer goods through the secondary market supply chain, not directly from brand manufacturers. Our invoices clearly state this. For products where we hold a Letter of Authorization (LOA), we provide it. For closeout and secondary market deals, LOAs are not applicable — this is standard in the wholesale industry. Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with Amazon's or any platform's specific policies for their use case. We are transparent about this before every sale, and it is stated on every invoice.
What happened with a negative review about Amazon account deactivation?
We take every client concern seriously and always respond publicly on Trustpilot. In that specific case, the product was sold as a closeout deal — clearly communicated before purchase and stated on the invoice. We went above and beyond: we submitted our invoice plus our supplier's invoice showing the supply chain. Amazon's review process can reject documentation for reasons outside our control. We also offered a buyback as a courtesy, which was declined. We stand by our transparency and have responded in full detail on our Trustpilot page.
Do you offer LOAs (Letters of Authorization)?
Yes — for select product lines we do hold LOAs when advertising those items. However, having an LOA does not change our status as a secondary market distributor. For closeout and spot deals, LOAs are not standard or required. We are always upfront about what documentation is available for a specific product before you purchase.
What is your minimum order?
Regular wholesale accounts start at approximately 3,000 USD per SKU. LOA (Letter of Authorization) deals for exclusive brand authorization require 100,000+ in commitment. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.
How does FBA prep work?
Send inventory to our Illinois warehouse and we handle everything: receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, and FBA-ready shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Pricing is $0.60/unit for FNSKU labeling and $0.65/unit for poly-bag/bundle for wholesale clients. No long-term contracts required.
