Prices & Payments:
- All prices are in US funds. Payments must be made via wire transfers, ACH, debit card, credit card, or cash. Merchandise will not be released until funds have cleared in our account. Orders must be prepaid. Deposits are Non-Refundable in the case it is accepted. Customers understand that some payment methods (Ex: Credit Card) entail extra lead time for it to process on our side.
- All sales are final. Once payment has been made, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted, except as required by law.
Additional Provisions:
- Any unauthorized reversal of payment will be fully pursued permissible by law, including filing claims for damages, interest, and fees.
- Buyers engaging in unauthorized reversals or chargebacks will be reported to relevant authorities and credit agencies, as applicable.

By completing a purchase with Groovin Fulfillment LLC, the buyer explicitly agrees to these terms, including but not limited to the chargeback policy and dispute resolution process outlined above. The buyer agrees they themselves as an individual listed above is liable along with any members of buyer’s company.
