Is Groovin Fulfillment a legitimate business?
Yes. Groovin Fulfillment LLC is a registered Florida LLC operating since 2023. We are verified and listed on Wholesale Central — America’s #1 B2B wholesale directory. We operate warehouses in Illinois, Miami FL, and Trenton NJ, and maintain a public Trustpilot profile with a 4.3-star rating. New clients are welcome to visit our Illinois warehouse by appointment.
Where are your warehouses located?
Three locations: Illinois (Main) — FBA prep, receiving, labeling, and wholesale distribution. Miami, FL — Southeast regional, serving Florida clients and export logistics. Products & Documentation
Are your products authorized for resale on Amazon?
We are a secondary market wholesale distributor — we source branded goods through the secondary market supply chain, not directly from manufacturers. Every invoice clearly states this. For products where we hold LOAs, we provide them. For closeout deals, LOAs are not applicable — disclosed before every transaction. Buyers are responsible for verifying platform compliance for their specific use case.
What about the Trustpilot review mentioning Amazon account deactivation?
We respond publicly to every review. That product was a closeout deal — clearly communicated before purchase and stated on the invoice. We provided our invoice plus our supplier’s invoice to show the supply chain. Amazon’s process can reject documentation for reasons outside our control. We offered a buyback as a courtesy — it was declined. Our full response is on our Trustpilot page.
Do you provide LOAs?
Yes, for select product lines. Possession of an LOA does not change our secondary market distributor status. For closeout deals, LOAs are not standard. We always disclose what documentation is available before purchase.

What is the minimum order?
Regular wholesale accounts start at approximately $3,000 USD per SKU. If you are looking for an LOA (Letter of Authorization) deal for exclusive brand authorization, those arrangements require $100,000+ in commitment. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?

FBA Prep & Fulfillment
How does FBA prep work?
Ship inventory to our Illinois warehouse. We handle receiving, inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, and ship FBA-ready to Amazon. No long-term contracts.
What is your FBA prep pricing?
Wholesale clients: FNSKU Labeling $0.60/unit, Poly Bag/Bundle $0.65/unit, FBM Fulfillment & Receiving included. Non-wholesale: $0.70/unit for labeling and poly bag.
Do you support Walmart WFS?
Yes — we support both FBA and WFS prep. Our team can also help with Walmart Seller account approvals.
