Fair question — and a smart one. If you’re about to wire money to a wholesale supplier you found online, you should vet them first. So here’s everything you need to verify Groovin Fulfillment, in plain English.
We’re a real, registered U.S. company

Are the products genuine?
Yes. We’re transparent that we’re a secondary-market distributor — we source authentic, brand-name products through the secondary supply chain (closeouts, overstock, and liquidation from established channels) and pass the savings on to you.
Secondary market does not mean counterfeit. These are the same genuine products sold at retail — we’re simply not the brand’s primary distributor. We move names like e.l.f., Goli, Heinz, Hasbro, and LiftMaster.
Will it pass Amazon?
Here is the honest answer most suppliers avoid: no one can guarantee an Amazon outcome — not us, not anyone. Amazon makes its own decisions, and any seller who promises you guaranteed ungating or a guaranteed claim resolution is telling you something they cannot control. What we can tell you is exactly what our documentation is, and what it has and hasn’t done for real sellers.
With your order we provide our own Groovin Fulfillment invoice. That invoice has helped resolve many — though not all — of the Amazon issues our customers have faced, including:
- Intellectual-property (IP) complaints
- Counterfeit and inauthenticity (authenticity) claims
- Other claims that arise from Amazon errors
“Many” is the honest word here — not “all,” and not “guaranteed.” Results depend on your specific case, your account, and Amazon’s review, none of which we control. We’d rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
On ungating: our invoice has sometimes helped customers get ungated in a category. In some cases it has worked; in others it has not. We treat ungating as a possible benefit, never a promise — please don’t order on the assumption that ungating is guaranteed, because it isn’t. If anyone promises you guaranteed ungating, walk away.
No hype and no guaranteed outcomes — just real documentation with a genuine track record, handed to you so you can decide for yourself. If anyone here ever implies a guaranteed Amazon result, hold us to this page instead.
The documentation we provide
Here is precisely what comes with your order — and what does not — stated plainly so there are no surprises later.
Standard orders: our own invoice
Every order includes a Groovin Fulfillment invoice. This is our own sales documentation and the standard proof of purchase we provide. As described above, our invoices have helped many customers address Amazon IP complaints, counterfeit and inauthenticity claims, and claims stemming from Amazon errors — many, though not all, and never guaranteed. They have also sometimes helped with ungating, but that is never promised.
Who we are, stated plainly. Groovin Fulfillment is a secondary-market distributor. We are not an authorized reseller of any brand, and our invoices and sales documents state this plainly. Nothing we provide on a standard order represents brand authorization. We don’t blur that line, and we won’t let you misunderstand it.
Letters of Authorization (LOAs): select large deals only
We want to be very clear about this, because it is the most common misunderstanding. Brand-authorization documentation, such as Letters of Authorization, is available only on select deals, and those deals cost over $100,000. To leave no room for doubt:
- LOAs are not included with standard or normal orders.
- We do not promise or always provide LOAs — anyone claiming otherwise, including about us, is wrong.
- If you place a regular purchase, you should expect our invoice as your documentation, not an LOA, and we will never tell you otherwise.
If your order is one of the select deals above $100,000 where LOA documentation applies, we’ll discuss exactly what’s available before you commit. For everything else, your documentation is our invoice, described above. If you ever need clarity on what a specific order qualifies for, ask us before you buy — you’ll get a straight answer.
Your first order is protected
New to us? Start small. We’d rather earn your trust on a first order than ask you to bet big on day one — talk to us about first-order options and how we stand behind what we ship.
Why don’t you have thousands of reviews?
Because we’re honest about where we are: we launched in 2023 and we’re growing deliberately, client by client. We’d rather build real relationships and repeat buyers than post inflated numbers — and when you apply, we’re glad to connect you with current clients as references.
