Every lot is vetted for demand and sellability before it reaches our catalog. Here is exactly where the inventory comes from and what it is — because if you’re going to put $3,000 into a SKU, you deserve better than “trust us.”

Where it comes from

Closeouts, overstock, and liquidation from established channels. That’s what secondary market means here: genuine brand-name products that changed hands after the original distribution deal.

What we are — and aren’t

We are not an authorized reseller of any brand. The products are genuine; the sourcing is secondary market. A supplier claiming both deep discounts and brand authorization on everything deserves harder questions.

How lots get vetted

Before anything is offered, we check demand and sellability. If we wouldn’t want to sell it, we don’t ask you to buy it.

Who we sell to, and what it takes to buy

We sell to verified wholesale clients only. That protects the buyers we already have, and it means the numbers below describe real wholesale accounts — not retail shoppers with a business card.

Who qualifies: Verified wholesale buyers: retailers, resellers, Amazon and Walmart sellers, and exporters.
Typical minimum: Around $3,000 per SKU for regular wholesale accounts. If that’s out of range right now, we’re probably not the right fit yet — better to say so here than after you apply.
Application: Submit the wholesale application; approval typically comes within 24 hours.

What our paperwork can do — and what it can’t

Secondary-market sourcing raises fair questions, and vague answers are how buyers get burned. So here is our documentation policy, stated the same way we state it on our “Is Groovin Fulfillment legit?” page.

Invoices

Every order ships with invoices. They have helped many — not all — of our sellers respond to IP complaints, counterfeit claims, and Amazon errors. We never guarantee Amazon outcomes, because nobody honestly can.

LOAs & brand authorization

Letters of authorization are available only on select deals over $100,000. They are never standard and never promised. A supplier offering LOAs with every $3,000 order is telling you something isn’t right.

Ungating

Our invoices have sometimes helped sellers with ungating. Sometimes. We don’t guarantee it, and we won’t imply otherwise to win your order — an ungating promise you can’t verify is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Secondary market means genuine brand-name products sourced through closeouts, overstock, and liquidation from established channels. It does not mean we’re an authorized reseller — we’re not, for any brand, and we say so everywhere we can.

Will your invoices protect my Amazon account?

They’ve helped many — not all — of our sellers with IP, counterfeit, and Amazon-error claims. We never guarantee Amazon outcomes. Any supplier who does is gambling with your account, not theirs.

Can I get an LOA or brand authorization?

Only on select deals over $100,000 — never standard, never promised. That’s the honest version of an answer most distributors fudge.

Is Groovin Fulfillment legit?
