Supply Chain Transparency
Groovin Fulfillment operates as a secondary market wholesale distributor. We source branded consumer goods from the secondary market supply chain — not directly from brand manufacturers. Minimum order thresholds for regular wholesale accounts typically start around $3,000 per SKU; exclusive LOA / brand-authorization deals require a $100,000+ commitment.
All invoices and sales documents clearly state that Groovin Fulfillment is not an authorized reseller of any brand. Where applicable, we hold Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for select product lines when advertising those items — however, possession of an LOA does not change our status as a secondary market distributor. Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with platform policies for their specific use case.
