Common questions

How do I send FBM shipping labels?

Choose Shipping labels, enter the order number and how many units, upload the label PDF(s). Our warehouse applies them and ships; you'll see the status change to Done and any tracking under Shared with you.

Where are my invoices?

Under Orders once your billing account is linked, and anything we send you appears under Shared with you.

Do I need to log in every time?

No. Once you enter a code on a device you stay logged in for a year. Use a different device? Just request a new code.
