How to use your Groovin Fulfillment portal

Send us shipping labels and documents, see your orders, and get files back — from any phone or computer, no password.

Logging in (30 seconds)

  1. Go to https://groovinfulfillment.com/portal/Works on phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Enter your emailThe one you gave us when you opened your account.
  3. Type the 6-digit codeWe email it instantly. Check spam if it takes more than a minute.
  4. You're in — and you stay inNo password. Your device stays logged in for a year.

🏷 Sending FBM shipping labels

  1. Tap Send files and choose Shipping labels.
  2. Enter the order number and how many units in the notes.
  3. Drop the label PDF(s) and hit Upload.
  4. Our warehouse gets an alert, applies the labels, and ships. You'll see the status go New → Received → Done.

📋 Documents & certificates

Packing lists, purchase orders, and your resale certificate go under their own categories so they're always easy for us to find. Anything we send back — invoices, tracking, proof of shipment — shows up under Shared with you, and you'll get an email when it lands.

Accepted: PDF, PNG/JPG, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, ZIP · up to 15 MB each · 10 files per upload.

💳 Orders & invoices

The Orders tab lists your invoices with date, status, balance, and a PDF download — handy for your books or for Amazon ungating paperwork.
