TERMS OF SALE
- Prices & Payments: Prices are in US funds and payments are accepted in the form of wire transfers, ACH, Debit Card, Credit Card, or cash. Orders must be prepaid, and merchandise will not be released until funds have cleared in the account.
- Minimum Purchase Amounts: Minimum order quantities apply on an item by item basis, with a general $500.00 minimum order per purchase.
- Shipping & Deliveries: Shipping is typically via US Postal Service or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are requested. Customers can arrange their own shipping or freight, and they are responsible for all shipping or freight charges unless otherwise agreed upon and mentioned on their invoice.
- Return Policy: No returns are accepted, and all sales are final. In the event of misinformation during the transaction, it must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. If a return is approved, it may be subject to a 45% restocking fee.
- Orders: Groovin Fulfillment reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the customer for any reason.
- Storage: All orders must be picked up within 14 days of being notified that they are ready to ship or in stock. After 14 days, the buyer will be subject to paying a storage fee of $30.00 per pallet position per month.
- Processing: Additional charges may apply for bundling merchandise, prepping orders for Amazon FBA, or special prepping or kitting requirements.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute, any litigation or mediation will take place in the state of Georgia, and the buyer agrees to pay all fees involved.
- Service Description: Groovin Fulfillment is a wholesaler and distributor of various goods, including cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, grocery items, toys, electronics, and other general merchandise goods.
- Subject to Prior Sale: All items are subject to prior sale, and merchandise may not always be in stock.
These terms outline the conditions and responsibilities for both the buyer and Groovin Fulfillment LLC in conducting business transactions
